This genuine pair of Georgian or early Victorian candle snuffers measure 165mm (6.5'') long x 55mm (2'') across the handles and weigh 120 grams. They are marked to the lifting cover Hobday & Co Patent below a crown and are in full working order with no repairs and a good colour. A fine example of an early patent set by a famous maker in good condition.
