9.5 condition. No paint chipping or missing parts. Caretaker\'s head and Dog\'s head bobble. Figurine also has on/off switch in the back - when on, the light\'s in the Caretaker\'s lantern and the street lamp above the column with \'The Haunted Mansion\' plaque turn on. Operates on two (2) \'AA\' batteries (not included). Figurine stands about 7 3/4\" high; base is about 5 1/8\" logest point across and about 4\" front to back. Item is pre owned and sold as is.
