This Tiny Little Wrench is one of the Hardest to find Plumbs in Pebble Panel Style and was only done for a few years on the 1940\'s. It is Heavily Embossed or Marked: 5/16 PLUMB (with the Plumb Bob Logos. The other side reads: 5/16 1210 MFG. U.S.A. The condition is Great, in my opinion. It shows only light use with No abuse and No breaks, No bends, No chips. It could be polished, if you wish. No Previous Owners marks.
