RARE VINTAGE 1958 GOYA LEVIN M-22 ACOUSTIC GUITAR. BEAUTIFUL ROSEWOOD & SPRUCE :

This is a Vintage Goya Levin M-22 Acoustic Guitar that was manufactured in 1958.This Concert size instrument has been kept very well, its hard to believe its 58 years old.The grain of the solid Rosewood back and sides is absolutely gorgeous.The solid Spruce top gives the guitar wonderful tone and the instrument plays extremely well.There is some crazing in the finish that can be seen when viewed at certain angles as well as a few nicks and scratches on the body.There are 4 small screw holes by the end pin where it appears a tailpiece had once been added then removed .The guitar is structurally solid and shows almost no fret wear, the tuners work well and hold tune beautifully.There is a very slight belly at the bridge (as shown in the last photo) but it does not effect playability. The action height at the 12th fret is 3/32\" and it has been strung with a new set of Martin 80/20 Medium Strings.A nice looking faux alligator case is included, it is worn and missing the carry handle but is still serviceable.Thanks for looking !
