Oversized Full-Color Postcard measures approximately 8-1/2" x 11", and features a skyline view of the downtown buildings located in Cleveland, Ohio. The postcard features a perforation along the top, above which is printed "Reasons to be Proud of Cleveland", along with the following description of the photograph:

It was Cleveland\'s turn to shine on September 18, 1986 -- Light Up Cleveland Night -- when our brilliant skyline was showcased during the nationally-televised Browns-Bengals game. More than 130 downtown buildings cooperated by leaving their office lights on until midnight, producing a radiant cityscape that placed Cleveland squarely in America\'s spotlight.

The reverse side contains additional information titled "Cleveland\'s Lighting Firsts" and "September 18, 1986". The reverse side also reads as follows:
