Exquisite Early 20th Century Middle Eastern/Ottoman Solid & Vitreous Enamel Vesta Case
Description -Rare antique Eastern good thick gauge vesta case of rectangular form with hinged lid and thumb piece.
Beautiful navy blue and sky blue, vitreous enamelling on both sides inlaid into a hand chasedsymmetrical leaf pattern.
The case is unmarked but has been silver tested positive.
Condition -There are no dents, dinks, dints, splits holes or repairs.
Enamel is in very good order, just a tint bit of loss on the top edge just below the frot of the lid which is hard to notice
The hinge is in opens and closes the lid fine.
Dimensions & Weight -The vesta case is 5.3cm long x 3.4cm wide.
