I believe this is a Delizza & Elster (Juliana) piece that was made for Weiss of Kramer. I’ve not seen this style, but I will say it is one of the most beautiful D & E examples I’ve had in a long time. The necklace is set with amazing foiled dragon’s breath art glass stones along with green, purple, blue, and fuchsia rhinestones. Small applied gold plated flowers add further interest. The necklace measures approx 17” long x 1 7/8” wide. The condition is excellent with no damage and light wear as seen in the photos.
