This astounding, rare c. 1940s large Hobe signed brooch came from a San Francisco estate. It is amazing!!
It is an Asian figure made of Bakelite, heavily carved, holding flowers and surrounded by rhinestones. It measures 3-1/2\" tall by 2-1/4\" wide. It is marked, \"Hobe 20th 14K on STERLING DESIGN PAT\'D.\"
Lovely condition. Some paint wear on the accents of the Bakelite. No cracks or missing stones. Weight is 34.3 grams.
