These little coin purses are just the most adorable! What a fun and super rare piece to see - and in great condition..all presents nicely for a piece of about 40 years \"young\" ! Showy little coin wallet! Vintage Louis Small Kisslock Coin Purse - made even more special since it\'s a piece private labeled for SAKS FIFTH AVENUE!! Still has it\'s \"Lucky\" penny inside! This little gem is a charmer and will be a perfect fit in your smaller handbags or in your jacket pocket as you browse the farmers market or tag sales!! Here is some of it\'s history....Louis Vuitton licensed and collaborated with French Company of California, a luxury luggage manufacturer, to craft LV pieces in order to keep up with high demand in the United States! Time frame was back in the 1970\'s through the early 1990\'s. As you can guess, due to the limited production time....they are very rare to find and when found.....treasured! Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus...as well as other luxury luggage boutiques...like Myers, carried pieces specially crafted for the USA market during this time period - Lucky US!!!! Authentic as always! Proudly wears it\'s Saks gold script inside - pictured. This little cutie presents wonderfully - though not as prefect or brand new. Measures 4 x 3.5\" approx. Debit/Credit cards can be slipped inside. Lined in Moire and is a split compartment inside. Inside separated by a plastic divider. Snap kisslock closure retains some of it\'s gold plating - but mostly the metal is silver in tone now as often is the case. Inside is nice...clean. Monogram is in nice shape too. A couple markings - zoom in - they are not very noticeable at all. Kisslock closure snaps tightly. Corners great - stitching tight. Everyone LOVES THESE! So adorable!
