Found in my children\'s toy storage in the cellar, in plastic bins for over 20 years.No feet made in Hong Kong with the #2 imprinted above the word PEZ.The most unique character is the side feathers on the head, see picture#2. It looks like a the formation of a \"W\" possibly for Walt Disney and appears to be part of the production process. I have not noticed this head side feather on any other pictures of the vintage Tweety Bird.The head springs back nicely(see upside down picture) and the inside pulls up smoothly for filling with good spring action.See picture #7 the bottom right side has some scraping, it can stand on its own.Hong Kong Pat.# 3.942.683
