With its operable thumbscrew that moves freely to secure it to a table top

Looks like a galvanized metal with steel thumb screw

The grinderhandle turns as does the worm screw inside the mouth receiver but I’m thinkingit was obviously

For display purposes in a old fashion country kitchen
