VERY scarce Civil War Confederate wartime bond with ALL currency coupons attached, signed byGov. Zebulon Baird Vance (1830-1894). Vance was Colonel of the famed 26th North Carolina Infantry and later the 37th and 43rd Governor of the state, as well as a US Senator and one of the most influential of Southern leaders in the Civil War and postbellum period. Bond has numerous fold cracks and lines but as you can see, it is ALL still there!
