Very interesting rare to find antique Golliwog of British origin dating from 1930s,
made of black satin fabric,
feels to be stuffed with kapok throughout the body and head,
unjointed,
has got thick felt eyes with black boot-button pupils,
original red stitched nostrils and smiling mouth,
black real fur hair,
dressed in turquoise silk trousers, tan colour satin waistcoat type top and red satin hat with velvet trimming.
Approx. 17\" tall.
Condition - item is in good vintage condition with some general wear, small pin-holes to fabric, little discolouration in places.
