It was a Flagship publication of the 1980s alternative comics movement, serving as a more intellectual counterpoint to Robert Crumb\'s \"Weirdo.\"
Condition is good; cover art by Spiegelmanincludes layered paper, partially torn on the right side of the window frame pictured. Some spotting from water damage on wraps; editorial/title page and last few pages. Otherwise fine.
