ILLINOIS "MARINE SPECIAL" WITH rare FOUR SIDED SUPREME 14K WHITE GOLD FILLED CASE. IT FEATURES A BEAUTIFUL GOLDDEMASKED DOUBLE SUNK DIALAND UNIQUE QUADRIFOIL GOTHIC BLUE HANDS!The lighting on the second picture of the dial shows it to be golder than it is the first picture is more representitive of the dial color just wanted to include the othershot to show the detail in the dial.This is a 12s with 21 jewelmovement with beautiful demassking on movement with GOLD ACCENTS on most everything that can be...... including the escapement, center and balance wheels, all jewel, case and wheel screws and even the regulator. (SEE white gold filled case in a rarefour sided Supreme design.There are no brassing spots showing through anywhere on the case as it has been hidden in a drawer for some time. Acquired as MOST ALL my items are from prominent local estates.It is currently running but hasn't been keeping time. As with any watch of this age it's sat so long could usesome oiling so please keep that in mind as I can't guarantee it. The case and crystal are free of any scratches (unless you put a 10X loop on the crystal you can see some minor pitting) as would be expected with a watch thats 90 years old. There's minor spotting on the dial between 7 & 8 o'clock and around 1 & 2. Zoom in on pictures (you'll have to to see them) Again from others I've seen very nice condition for a watch of this vintage and as best I know and can tell ALL original. There is a nice looking etched vertical design on the backside of the case with a cartouche in the center for monogramming which has NOT BEEN monogrammed.
