Up for sale is a completed and framed Needlepoint Picture. It shows a lovely SAMPLER SHOWING a Home with blue and white border with accent hearts. There is also a plant at bird at the top section and home is shown as the major feature. It is a lovely tapestry from the JCA Needle Treasures Collection. tHE title is COUNTRY LOVE HOUSE and it was adapted from a design by Rodger Johnson.

The size is 6 x 8. The needlepoint is stretched and stapled to a plywood backing. It has a lovely wood frame. The back is finished professionally with craft paper. It has the hardward and is ready to hang.

Included in this listing is a picture of a kit for this needlepoint in which the asking price is $20.00.

It is done with Elsa Williams 100% wool tapestry yarn on #13 mesh 100% cotton canvas.

This picture was a model to a needpoint kit which would have been on display in a store to show the prospective buyers how the item will look when finished. It was covered in plastic when displayed to protect the picture and still is. I was able to acquire quite a few of them; some were just matted and others framed. It did have plastic protecting which I removed to take a picture.

I learned recently that the name on many of these finished pieces identified the company as JCA Inc. with an address in Massachusettes. They evidently ceased operations and will not be making/distributing anymore needlecraft kits. These finished piece from kits are already hard to find and will only be offered occasionally perhaps on the internet. Per the JCA website:
