Elizabeth Barrettwas a respected and talented artist for Rookwood and she produced an outstanding quality piece of art pottery with the high glaze vase being offered with artist controlled Cirrus. This vase shows a high degree of depth and range of color in his rending of abstract flowers! This designed vase provides a view of colors presenting an abstract view of flower blossoms and leavesagainst a beige backgound around the entire round piece. The overall design is truly wonderful work of hand painting by this Rookwood artist! This tall piece is 7 1/8\" tall by 4 1/2\" wide at the widest point. The base is marked with the Rookwood symbol along with the numeral \"XLV\" or 1945, the mold # 6879, hand scripted 3047 for experimental, and the script mark for Jen Jensen. Please see the above pictures to view this piece along with the base markings, Barrett\'s mark, and the Rookwood mark. The vase has no chips, no fleabites, no hairlines, no cracks, and in wonderful condition. Please plan to add $16.95 for double box shipping in the mainland USA.
