Please ask all questions before offerding, returns are expensive for both of us.
If a return is required you have 14 days to ship the item back to us. You (the buyer) are responsible for shipping cost. Once the item has been returned in the ORIGINAL condition it was shipped, a refund will be issued (minus original shipping cost).
