This 8 inch Pitcher has beautiful vivid colors.
It has ,what I think are Pine Trees around the top edge.
The rest has,I think they are Chrysanthemums,that are Turquoise
white and gold colors.
The Blue is a nice dark Cobalt.
Now to the damage-there is minor spout chip and a small piece
missing on the right side,and on the left side there is a chip.
There is a hairline on the bottom,but this is very tight.
Having had several things restored over the years,this damage
should repair fairly easily,or just display as it is.
People are getting carried away with demanding perfect items.
I blame some of this on the Roadshow-it is hard to find perfect items without
repair, especially in old Ceramics.
100 year old items were used and do have damage.
I discovered this in a old Department store warehouse here in Dayton.
This and about another 25 pieces were stored for the last 30 years.
I believe this dates to about 1901-1920,but you be the judge.
