ROYAL DOULTON HOTELWARE individual teapot and creamer in the Wentworth pattern are slightly greyish-white with a blue and green retro geometrical floral pattern; there is a very pale, very subtle, all-over speckling that is part of the glaze. Both pieces have the Royal Doulton Hotelware logo, MADE IN ENGLAND / STEELITE / Country Club / WENTWORTH printed on the bottom. The teapot has a hand-impressed \"3/4 PT\" and on the creamer, it looks like \"20-S\". The teapot stands about 5-3/8\" tall including the lid, and measures about 5-1/4\" from tip of spout to back of handle. It has a 3-1/4\"bottom diameter. It holds about 16 ounces of liquid, filled to the very top. The creamer is 3-1/6\" tall, measuring 3-7/8\" from tip of spout to back of handle, and has a bottom diameter of 2-3/4\". Both pieces have the band of \"flowers\" going around the centers, with a blue stripe along top and bottom edges. The lid of the teapot has a coordinating pattern around the center, with a blue stripe around the outer edge of the knob. On the inside edge of the underside of the lid, there are a couple of small spots that on first glance look like small chips, but are actually under the glaze so were done during the manufacturing process (one of them visible in seventh photo, the closeup of the lid, at the top). The tip of the spout of the creamer has a tiny spot where the blue striping skipped, but there is no chip. Visible wear on both pieces on unglazed bottom rim from normal use and sitting, but no chips or cracks; set is in overall nice condition; interiors are clean with no staining.
