This Royal Doulton Lambeth stoneware vase stands 7.5\" high by 4\" in diameter. It has a handsome form, with a splayed foot. It is decorated in tube-lined fashion, with stylized berriesWeeping Tulips and leaves, really beautiful in its presentation. It is glazed in a deep slate blue ground, and very complementary colors in the decoration. This vessel is impressed with the Doulton England stamp, dating it to 1902-1920s, based upon the mark. It has an incised stylized cipher, which appears to be a cojoined \'J\' and \'H\', initials \'JH\', which is the mark of Joan Honey, a prolific artist of the period. This vase is in mint condition, with generalized factory crazing. This vessel makes a lovely presentation!
