This little balloon seller with a baby stands 4\" tall and is lovely. The piece is in perfect condition from 1923. Has the number HN 2130 on the back and was retired in 1991. Hand made in England. Would make a great gift for any collector. I will add insurance free of charge. Good luck to all!
