PROBABLY BY THE IMPERIAL PORCELAIN FACTORY, ST PETERSBURG, PERIOD OF NICHOLAS I
The piece is a hand painted porcelain plaque, depicting a brunette standing near a marble column wearing a red and white tunic.The reverse is inscribed in Cyrillic (signature), and has faintly impressed marks.
