Description :

This is an outstanding Russian
enamel 84 silver peacock kovsh
with 2 fine large rounded Russian
amethysts? The amethysts appear
to be in excellent, undamaged
condition. There are also 10 rounded citrines? at the head. Among the stamps is the date 1891.

It weighs over 19.74 troy ounces.

It is about 6 1/2 inches high,
about 9 inches wide from breast to plumes & about 4 7/8 inches across. It is in excellent condition except
a small dent on the left front breast
with missing enamel as shown. There are no other nicks or repairs that were seen.

It is clearly marked on the base as shown. (Moscow 1873 knight) Lev Fridrikhovitch Oleks assayer?

There is no monogram; there is
no indication of any monograms
being buffed or removed.
