Unusual size, Rare, and outstanding 1913 SILVER Easter egg made to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty, made in gilt 88 zolotniks solid silver and rubies or similar jewels/glass. It is decorated with the double-headed imperial eagles and the crowned royal cypher. Marked by Pavel Ovchinnikov, late marks (under ownership of the Ovchinnikov\'s sons). The stand is made of bronze.IMPORTANT: Dear collectors and silver enthusiasts! I hate fakes! You hate them as well, right? Connected letters N & M for the last Russian Emperor Nicholas II and Tsar Mikhail Feodorovich (Mikhail I Fyodorovich the first Russian Tsar of the house of Romanov). Large numbers 1613-1913 for the 300th anniversary of the Romanov\'s house. Double-Headed eagles decorated upped and mid-areas. Stones, real gold (vermeil) and famous Russian enamel complete this stunning composition.
Marks: Pavel Ovchinnikov, late mark, 100% authentic and genuine
This is not made by Ovchinnikov himself, but his sons. Paveldied in 1888, asyou know.The egg has been made by the Ovchinnikov\'s company that has been continued by Mikhail, Alexander, Pavel and Nikolai (1888–1917).[link removed by ]I just wanted to clarify the fact that Ovchinnikov\'s sons used late Ovchinnikov marks (po) until early 20s:\"...Died and buried at Kalitniki (Moneybags) Cemetery in Moscow (1888), where his work was continued by his sons Mikhail, Alexander, Pavel and Nikolai (1888–1917).
