How we operate
Thank you for visiting. I have a wide variety of carefully selected items found at sales, thrift stores and garage and estate sales. As I buy these items second hand, I do not know the history of these items. For this reason I try to photograph and describe each item accurately. Feel free to ask any questions you need to help you decide if the item you are considering will work for you.
Offers
I am always happy to consider offers and will accept reasonable offers. Since I accept offers in order to sell the item quickly, offers not paid for in 7 days will have an unpaid item case issued so the item can be relisted. Should there be any problems with payment please contact me so I can work with you.
Payment method
I accept PayPal.
Returns and cancellation of sale
Returns for any reason are accepted within 14 days after shipping unless the shipping policy states otherwise. Should you feel that the item is damaged or not as described please contact me immediately so I can make it right. Sending pictures with the problem will help to expedite my ability to correct the situation. For cancellation of sale I am willing to cancel the sale up to the point that the item is shipped. I cannot guarantee cancellation of items once they are paid for as I ship within a day of receiving payment. I would recommend making sure of your purchase before paying. Should you need to cancel the sale contact me promptly so I can take the action required.
Nonpayment
To allow for time for my customers to peruse my store and combine offers I allow 32 days to pay. If you have not paid for your purchase in 32 days, nonpaid items are automatically submitted as an unpaid case. As mentioned earlier, accepted offers are treated as an exception and will be submitted as an unpaid case seven days after offer is accepted. If there are any problems, please contact me. I am happy to work with you in any way you need.
Shipping
We do next day shipping. We charge the actual cost for shipping and use recycled materials where possible to lower costs and lower our ecological footprint. A small handling cost will be added to covered purchased shipping materials where needed. I am always willing to combine shipping. For combined shipping, please request an invoice when you have completed your purchases.
