Delivery Charges
All of our items are beautifully packaged. Your goods will be dispatched upon confirmation and clearance of payment. We ship worldwide 5 days per week.
Delivery within the U.K.: Items will be posted by Special Delivery to be with you by 1.00pm the next day (if ordered by 3.00pm) Monday to Friday and will be secure and insured. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. For this reason we cannot deliver to a hotel or P.O. Box.

Returns Policy
On the rare occasion you may wish to return an item, you can return it direct to us within 30 days of dispatch. Alternatively you also have 30 days from placing your order for an exchange.
Inside your delivery package will be a business card with the full address and details of which of our shops your item was purchased from. Please enclose a copy of the receipt, and return the item in the original packaging to this address.
