This original and rare paper Connecticut ballot measures approx. 3 3/4\" by 6 1/2\" and does have a light water mark on its upper portion as evidenced by the scan. On the reverse side written in pencil it reads: Connecticut Ballot of Nov. 1856Buchanan 174 Electoral Votes / Fremont 114 \" \" / Fillmore 8 \" \". Slightly rough bottom edge and nice Flag graphics.
