Rare campaign poster of JAMES A. GARFIELD that reads TO THE POLLS and features an elephant wearing boots and carrying a banner. On the back features an advertisement for SHERER\'S from Worcester, MA which was located on Front and Commercial streets. The poster measures 10\" X 7 3/4\" and is constructed of thick paperboard. There is the original thick string attached. There is some slight creasing and staining and wear to the edges and a few droplet stains on the BACK side. Still an awesome rare 19th century political campaign ad.
