The copyright page indicates that this was \"Entered According to Act of Congress, in the year 1906.\" On copyright page it also says it was manufactured by H. Jenkins, Inc., 1923.

The inside front hinge is reinforced with white bookbinder tape. The corners are worn.

All pages are clean and tightly bound, however, the preliminary pages and the title page have foxing. Previous owner name on front flyleaf. This is a thick book with over 1,000 pages.

The book remains in overall very good condition.
