This is a \"Rare\" 1932 J. Chein Overhead Punching Bag Popeye wind up tin toy, works! Popeye is in great condition and the colors are quite nice. The wind up works well, you only need about 2 turns of the key and he punches great.( Make sure not to over-wind old wind-ups like this one, they are fragile.) The key is not the original key but a replacement that works, make sure to insert the key all the way in before winding. Thecelluloid bag iscompletelyintact with no tears.
