Hi there onceagain ers!

Here I have a very rare \"The Sunbeams Book - Further Adventures of Ginger Meggs\", Series 11.

Published in 1934 by The Sun Newspapers Ltd, Sydney, this is a full colour original that was published annually. The book is authored and illustrated by Jim Bancks (1889-1952), the creator of Ginger Meggs.Softcover, stapled. It appears that the original spine staples (2) have rusted out and been replaced by 5 staples down the left hand side by the previous owner. These have rusted as well, but remain largely intact. The three centre sheets have been incorrectly positioned when restapled and hang over the top and side of the soft cover. This has resulted in some wear around the edges of these pages. The cover has yellowed with time and has finger marks and wear and three minor tears and some wear where the original staples were. The previous owner has written 1934 in biro inside the cover on the frontisepiece, which has a small tear half way down the side. None of the tears are into the printed material.That said, the publication is in remarkably good condition. The pages retain their white and the colour is very good. There is a separate story on each page.25 x 31cm 26 pages.Enlargethe photographs for the best visual description of condition! Where I’ve used the flash, this showsdetail. Where I haven’t used the flashis more indicative of colour and gives different detail of the condition.
