1970s Irish Whiskey Vending MachineThis vending machine was designed to dispense whiskey (1/3 gill) measure on a coin operated basis. Intended for after hour usage in the Irish pub trade. There are two windows / whiskey compartments. The exterior is in great condition as can be seen from photos however being 44 years old the internal mechanics will need someone with experience in vending machines to get up and running if this is desired. We have priced the piece to reflect this. The machine accepts old Irish 10p coins which are cheap and easy to buy on . It is the silver coin with the Irish Salmon on it. A must have for any home or public bar/ designer pub, as a nostalgic feature from a bygone era. What a brilliant conversation piece. Only in Ireland would you find such an invention.
