Here is a Super Nice and Rare 2 1/2\" Diameter Lunkenheimer Steam Whistle without valve. The bell measures 2 1/2\" wide and 5\" tall. Overall height is 9\". It has a 3/4\" connecting inlet and is marked Lunkenheimer (in an arch) on the hex flat. This whistle has no dents, dings, or wrench marks and is in working condition. These 2 1/2\" Lunkenheimer whistles without valves can be used on a #1 Lunkenheimer 3 bell manifold, and is the hardest size to find. It is an earlier whistle because the later ones have LCO on the bowl. It wouldn\'t take long to polish it if that\'s what you like. It does have a nice looking brown patina. Looks like it was never used and could be new old stock. Nice whistle to display also.
