Description:Wonderful, rare Alvino Bagni stylized Italian horse sculpture in the Sea Garden glaze treatment. Produced in the 1960s for Raymor, features a whimsical animal shape with the characteristic blue, green and brown mottled sea garden glaze. Would look great displayed with other Italian ceramics. Stamped on the bottom of one foot with \"Italy\", obscurred by glaze.
NOTE: Signature confirmation will be required on this item.Condition: In good vintage condition, with no cracks, chips or damage. There are two manufacturing defects - one is a firing crack on the back and the other is under the tail. See the last photo - keep in mind this is not damage but occurred during manufacturing. Some popped glaze bubbles on the nose of the horse. Felt pad remnants on bottom of feet.
