This item came from an estate lot I purchased and the eighty year old Gentleman I purchased this from told me that the lamp came from the Gorham Bronze Foundry in Rhode Island where his grandfather was a master craftsman. He told me the lamp was made for a Catholic church rectory and was given to him when the order from the church was changed at the last minute.
Lamp and wiring all intact.NEEDS A NEW PLUG.. Nice finish.... Normal wear... Lighting works ok but should be replaced due to age... The wiring appears to be circa 1950\'s era?? NO SHADE
This lamp is extremely heavy and weighs in at 15 Lbs.
