This antique 30\" boudoir bed doll has a composition head, cloth body, hands and legs.
Her head, upper front and back shoulder plates are composition.
She has painted on facial features.Her pitch black hair is made in elaborate old fashion design.
Her hair is made from fine mohair and it is in great condition. That is something very rare for boudoir dolls. I have sold more that ten such dolls and this is the first one with almost all of her hair.
This lovely Parisian lady has dark eyes and painted brows. She wears heavy make-up
Her red mouth ispainted. She has a crack on her face (please see the pictures)
Her cloth body is in good condition.
The doll is unmarked but I am fairly sureshe was made in France between 1920and 1930s.
This is a lovely old boudoir dolland with a little care would make a lovely display item for any collector.
This doll is in good vintage condition.
