This has to be the rarest Chicago Scale Ever Found! I have scoured the internet and looked everywhere for any information on a simular model....I have had no luck...It is made of Cast Iron and is pretty heavy 11.4 lbs.
It is 1ft 6 inches in overall length. It has decorative cast around the base. It comes with an extra satellite weight. I took great care not to disturb the original way it was found ...I dusted it off, that\'s about it. The removable tray is brass and original....For the purist i have not polished or cleaned this scale ...it has surface superficial rust and the brass is tarnished.....One with more knowledge than i could restore this scale to its original patina. I will offer it at a starting price far benieth what i believe it is worth and let the buyers decide who will own it next....thank you.
