A superb, rare George II bullet teapot dating toLondon 1734.

The cast finial over a half fluted body withribbonand swag decoration.

The carved wooden handle opposite a straight plainspout.

Hallmarkedto underside for London, 1734. Makers mark present but rubbed.

A rare and attractive little teapot.

Condition

Good antique condition, with expected wear.

Some cracks to handle.

Makers mark partially rubbed.
