Antique Silver & Copper Overlaid Islamic Handmade Brass Jar early 19 th century.Damask Islamic metalwork dating from early 19 th century. A handmade and hand finished brass jar. The surface is finished with overlaid silver and copper decoration. The decoration applied over a punched ground and heavily silvered inscription - detailed by the additional images. The measurement is 6.2\" tall, 23\" around the widest part, 5\" diameter on the top and 3.7\" diameter on the bottom. A jar have a mark on the bottom ( see my photo).The condition is very good considering the age with aged patina, without sign of repair with little small dent maybe it is not a dent just handmade imperfections.
