Antique IRISH MAIL CART SCOOTER PEDDLE TOY. Still has original stenciling. Still works, sometimes when I move it, the handle back and forth, going forward again it gets stuck. Looks to be all original, except for 3 kotter pins that hold the tires on. The tires are hard rubber, there are age cracks to them. Im the 3rd owner og this. The first one died, the second owner is an older man who I purchased it from. All the spokes are there, there is some missing paint from the frame. Please look at pics any questions ask. Can meet to deliver, I live in Ohio. There would be a fee for this. Measures 40\" long by 18\" wide and is 21\" tall. Very neat item. I AM NOT AN EXPERT ON THIS ITEM, I BOUGHT TO DISPLAY. See pic #12, the right side axle has a \"lock\" washer on the inside, by the spokes, the left side DOES NOT. Dont know if there should be one.
