For your consideration is this large victorian (rare design) antique Jennings Brothers (JB) French jewelry casket

This is a large size casket with some weight to it

Lined in purple velvet in excellent condition

Beautiful heart and scroll design

Front lock (does not have key)

Signed 1877 JB on bottom

Unsure of the metal but it is very heavy. Gold body in excellent condition with darker metal lid.

One of the hinges in the back is broken (see images) Can be repaired missing metal rod.

Measures 6 ½” length, 3 ½” height without lid, 6 ½” height with lid.

Weighs approx. 3 lbs 9 oz.

Excellent condition, gold on body of casket still vibrant. Lovingly cared for. See images.
