Agenuine antique, very lovely 100+-year old Antique Japanese Woodblock print by Yoshitoshi from thefamous series One HundredAspects of The Moon Series.

This is the story of the young Emperor, fleeing under the cover of the night - The Kazan Temple Moon.

Full Japanese Oban, the print measures approximately 36cm X 25 cm.

Clear good impression, embossing onto the paper can be felt, publishers marks and artist\'s signature. Generally in excellent condition considering the age, as per photos.Very delicate black on black embossing in the coat of the emperor - please see the third photo. Almost impossible to capture with camera.

A beautiful and rare authentic original antique Yoshitoshi.
