A rare antique sewing case in the form of a book.
The piece looks very old andjudgingby the needle packet inside looks to be at least 100 years old.
The case is in fine condition and is covered with a nice green velvet material.
The sewing case has nice detailed brass corners.
The case also features a brass lock which is in good working condition.
The case opens to reveal its original contents including original thread , a pack of needles & thimble.
Case measures - 6.8 cm in length x 4.4 cm wide x 2.4 cm in height.
