For your antique/vintage French enamelware collection, a large and rare green pattern (called a relish design) French enameled body pitcher. Circa early 1900s, in good condition with a few spots of enamel loss due to age and use. Watertight. Measures 16 inches tall with a base diameter of 7 inches.Wide open spout for pouring. These pitchers were used in the French home to bring water from the well or kitchen to the boudoir for bathing/washing. A wonderful example of French living! Will be shipped within the USA only.
