Up for sale is a rare antique William McKinley & Theodore Roosevelt political campaign celluloid pinback button. The pin has a picture of William McKinley and Theodore Rosevelt surrounded by an ornate gold frame. sales come up for these political figures in plain gold or gold with a ribbon, but it is rare that you find one in this frame design. The front of the pin\'s color is still vivid. You can clearly see the flesh color of their face, their white collars, and black suits. The gold frame is still shiny and vivid. The front of the pin is in good condition with a 1/8\" dark scratch at the top of the pin, and some darker discoloration at the bottom left edge which is common on such old celluloid pins. The back pin is intact with the original paper inside that says it was made by The Whitehead & Hoag Co. This pin measures approx 1.125\" across.
