Customs

Customs duties, taxes, broker’s fees, and VAT are the responsibility of each buyer. We DO NOT falsify customs documents to assist you in evading your lawful taxes.

Sales Tax

For all items delivered within the State of Florida or picked up in person, we are required to collect Florida Sales Tax at the rate specified for Hillsborough County, currently 7% of the selling price and shipping/handling. Unless the purchaser provides a copy to us by email of a current Form DR-13 Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax, in the name of the purchaser, we will charge 7% Florida Sales Tax on the purchase. The name on the DR-13 must be shown on the shipping name and address.

Exemption from Florida Sales Tax cannot be provided for deliveries within Florida even when the purchaser may be exempt in their resident State or Country. Only Florida Form DR-13 will be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

If you pay by credit card, we will only ship to your billing address. If you wish to have your item shipped to a US address, we can do so only if you pay with a method OTHER THAN a credit card.

Shipping Policy

· The billing and shipping address must be the same.

· PayPal confirmed addresses ONLY

· Buyer is required to cover insurance cost for the higher-end items. We try to coordinate the appropriate shipping cost with insurance included, but if the listed shipping does not cover all of the insurance we will inform you before charging.

· Items will be shipped through USPS or UPS.

· Tracking Number is always provided.

· All items over $100 are insured. This is for your safety and ours.

· We are NOT authorized to ship to certain countries. Some of these countries include and is not limited to: Singapore, Indonesia, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.

Customs

· It is common for countries to charge some form of customs duties, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees on items being shipped from the USA. These costs, along with country-specific importing rules and delays caused by customs, are the buyer’s responsibility.

· We declare all items for the winning offer amount.

· BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TAXES, DUTIES, BROKERS FEES, VAT AND ANY OTHER EXPENSE SPECIFIC TO THEIR COUNTRIES, NO EXEPTION.

· We do not falsify customs documents to assist you in evading your lawful taxes, this includes and is not limited to insuring items for lesser value than what it is and/or label as gift. We reserve the right to notify as well as State and Federal authorities if we receive such requests.

International buyer Policies

· If your purchase exceeds $200.00 US and you pay with a credit card then your only delivery option is UPS signature delivery. This is because credit cards require both a signature and tracking.

· If you wish your item shipped to a US address, we can do so only if you pay with a method OTHER THAN a credit card.

· Please understand that we have no control over delays or costs once your item is shipped due to your country’s customs or laws.

Free In-store Pick-ups

Please notify us by email BEFORE you pay, so we can adjust your invoice. We will then have you print out the revised invoice and bring it into SWC at 1155 S. Dale Mabry Hwy Suite 4 Tampa, Fl 33629 to remit payment in-store.

We accept the in-store payment of credit/debit card, check, or cash.

Once you pay for the item in-store, we update accordingly.

For faster service, let us know when to expect you. Your valuable item is kept in a secure location and only selected employees on the premises have the required access needed to retrieve it for you.

Returns Policy

· Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

·Inthe unlikely event of a return, PLEASE contact us before opening a case. We will gladlywork with you to resolve the issue.

· If an identifying mark, inclusion, or defect are visible in the images, it is considered DISCLOSED to the buyer. You are responsible for viewing and enlarging all ofthe images. The images often disclose the condition of the item better than verbiage.
