A Confederate document from the \"ENSIGN\" of the 9th Kentucky Regiment.\"Ensign JAMES G. FOULKS\" originally joined the Russellville Kentucky Guards.He had the Flag shot out of his hand, taking off the end of his thumb and one finger.Surrendered at Wahington, Georgia May 6th 1865.A piece that needs to be returned back to Kentucky museum IMO.
