Theo Faberge Coral Egg number 239 of 750.

This egg is simply beautiful. The crystal is flawless. There is no flaking on the 24k gold accents. there is some oxidation on the surprise and I did not polish it. I will let the new owner do that if they wish. I personally think it gives it character. I haveowned this eggfor many years and I hope the new owner will enjoy it as much as I have.

From the St. Petersburg Collection website concerning this egg: This 24% lead crystal Coral Egg, offset with a vermeil Imperial Crown set with a cabochon ruby, represents the swirling motion of marine life in the ocean.Inside amid the \"sea bed\" of sterling silver coral are tropical fish carved from carnelian and grey agate.
