This sale is for a rare Dedham Pottery Lion dinner plate measuring 10\" in diameter. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. It carries the registered blue stamp mark. The Lions are well drawn and paint is a dark cobalt blue. The crackling is very bold. This is a very rare design and the 10\" size is even more difficult to find. It\'s a major piece for any important collection of rarities.
It\'s value has been estimated at $1150.
